JOB MISSION

As part of our IT support team, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues with technical issues. Your mission will be to keep our daily work running smoothly by solving problems, maintaining systems, and helping users make the most of our IT tools. From troubleshooting software and hardware issues to guiding users through solutions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everyone can work efficiently and without interruptions.

OUTCOMES

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users on software, hardware, and IT systems
  • Maintain workstations and the local network, resolving IT-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Manage IT inventory and user access lists
  • Advise users on IT solutions and system usage
  • Perform local or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and appropriate questions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Record incidents and solutions in systems, follow up on user status
  • Suggest improvements to processes and IT infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT user support (preferred)
  • Windows Server administration (installation, maintenance)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Exchange mailbox administration, Group Policies, and Domain Controllers
  • Basic networking knowledge (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Good command of Latvian and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn independently

As advantage

  • Experience with routers and switches
  • IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
