JOB MISSION

We are looking for a technically driven professional to join the Credit Risk and Data Department as a Risk Technology Business Automation Engineer. In this hands-on role, you will develop and maintain rule-based logic, data flows, and automation scripts that drive customer journey decisions, scoring, and risk evaluations.

You will work directly with technical systems, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adaptability of risk decision logic across the lending process.

OUTCOMES

Rule Development & Automation:

• Write and maintain SQL, R, and Python scripts that power rules models, customer flow logic, and automated decisions

System Monitoring & Diagnostics:

• Monitor automated decision flows and model triggers to detect anomalies, inefficiencies, or failures
• Investigate technical issues using database queries and log analysis
• Write critical system alerts

Model & Flow Optimization:

• Support integration of third-party tools and risk data providers
• Contribute to technical improvements in performance, reliability, and automation scope

Documentation & Configuration:

• Maintain technical documentation of scripts, logic changes, and automation components
• Ensure rule changes are version-controlled and auditable

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong SQL skills
• Basic knowledge of R or Python
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and logic consistency
• Ability to work independently in a technical environment
• Understanding of rule-based decisioning in risk, fraud, or scoring systems (a plus)

As advantage

• Background in Risk, Data Science or IT
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other documentation tools
• Exposure to risk systems, APIs, data pipelines, or AI use cases
