JOB MISSION

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Security Analyst with a genuine interest in cybersecurity. The role will primarily involve monitoring, investigating, and responding to security events, so a sharp analytical mindset, up-to-date knowledge of threats and tools, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. OUTCOMES

• Monitor security events and alerts across various systems and environments
• Improve security tooling setup, reduce noise (SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, identity platforms, etc.)
• Triage and report security incidents, support CIRT and audit activities
• Perform threat hunting and detect insider threats through end-user behavior anomaly analysis
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop security tool integrations via SOAR platform
• Audit configurations, identities, roles, devices and actions – enforce security policies and baselines
• Assist fraud and compliance teams in investigations and prevention efforts
• Oversee physical security and access control systems
• Promote security awareness and stay updated on emerging threats
• Maintain documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
• Experience with logging and monitoring systems
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity and management tools (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security, DLP and network security tools
• Knowledgeable in enterprise endpoint management (MDM) and endpoint protection
• Knowledgeable in security compliance standards, best practices
• Basic understanding of incident response, data loss prevention
• Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• High sense of responsibility and accountability – ability to deliver results individually and within the team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

We will appreciate:

•  Scripting, automation skills
• Experience with Cloud, Container and Application security
• Experience with Vulnerability assessments, audits
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms
• CISA, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Security, AWS, or equivalent certification
