IT TEAM

IT team consists of 80+ professionals across 8 different teams, working with 10+ products. They are cross-functional, self-sufficient, and highly autonomous teams led by supporting and inspirational leaders. Our stable processes will allow you to focus on your tasks and receive as much support as you need.

JOB MISSION

Own product pipeline, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate all scrum/agile ceremonies, have an understanding of the product on a behalf of deep analytical and strategic skills. Be a leader in maximizing the value of our products.

AS A PRODUCT OWNER / PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL

• Translate business goals and stakeholder input into a clear product roadmap and development priorities, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Continuously collaborate with stakeholders to refine the backlog and adapt to evolving business needs
• Take ownership of delivery: estimate timelines, sequence and plan work, track progress, identify blockers, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Define detailed product requirements, combining business context with technical considerations, document them clearly in Jira tickets and Wiki pages
• Champion Agile practices within the team: lead Scrum ceremonies, create and support a motivated, high-performing team culture
• Act as a domain expert for your product and collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and efficient implementation
• Serve as the key liaison between business and tech, maintaining strong, transparent relationships with all stakeholders
• Maintain and expand internal documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or other relevant disciplines
• 2+ years previous working experience as a Product Owner or Project manager
• Proven ability to manage development teams ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Strong experience in refining business requirements, preparing documentation, and translating complex ideas into clear, structured specifications
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to visualize and articulate product functionality
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with practical experience leading agile teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – capable of structuring information clearly, managing expectations, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and tech
• Experience with Jira or other tasks tracking tool
• Good grasp of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and basic technical concepts to be on the same page with engineers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strategic mindset and efficient time management
• Excellent English language skills
