JOB MISSION

Ensures the effective functioning of the Customer Service Department, optimizes processes, enhances customer experience, and contributes to the company’s growth through collaboration with other departments.

OUTCOMES

• Organize own and team’s work to deliver tasks effectively and in line with company values
• Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team
• Improve efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data analysis
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards
• Resolve complex customer issues and implement service improvements
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure accurate execution of processes
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading customer service or operations teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of process optimization and data analysis
• Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare reports
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
