JOB MISSION

Ensures the effective functioning and optimization of processes across both the Customer Care and Debt Collection departments within the African region, while being based in the company’s HQ in Riga, Latvia. 

OUTCOMES

• Organize own and team’s work to deliver tasks effectively and in line with company values
• Oversee performance of Customer Care and Debt Collection teams
• Monitor Call Center results and operational KPIs
• Define Business Requirements for IT when needed and ensure alignment with operational needs
• Regularly review and propose improvements to the customer journey
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure accurate execution of processes
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in leading Customer Care and/or Debt Collection operations (team leader or manager)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare analytical reports
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries

• Knowledge of Swahili or Luganda will be considered an advantage
