OPERATIONS LEAD (FOR LATAM REGION)

JOB MISSION

This position is based in our Riga, Latvia office.

Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of Customer Service, Sales (Telemarketing), and Debt Collection functions and teams across our Latin America countries. The role combines daily operational support with ownership of cross-country projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business results.

OUTCOMES

  • Lead, support and coordinate remotely Customer Care, Sales (Telemarketing), and Debt Collection activities across operating Latin America countries, with guidance and collaboration from the HUB COO
  • Organize own work and support, supervise teams to ensure smooth daily operations in line with company values
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, such as introducing new call evaluation forms, tools, automation, or AI-based calling solutions in specific markets
  • Improve team efficiency and company performance through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decisions
  • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure high-quality execution of processes
  • Handle and resolve complex customer or operational cases
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational scalability

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of English and Spanish language – ability to communicate freely with local team
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Debt Collection teams or experience in coordinating or leading people, processes, or projects
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with KPIs, reports, and performance metrics
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
  • High level of responsibility, proactivity, and hands-on mindset
