JOB MISSION

To drive seamless collaboration with partners through efficient coordination, clear communication, and precise execution of marketing partnership activities.

OUTCOMES

• Daily communication with marketing partners
• Manage partner agreements, ensuring all terms and documents are up to date
• Track sales or volume changes, and communicate updates to partners promptly
• Prepare and share weekly performance and status reports with internal teams
• Support pricing updates and announcements for partners
• Monitor and report any brand guideline or usage violations by partners
• Handle invoicing and track payments related to partnership activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of marketing principles and partnership processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel or Sheets for reporting)
• Comfortable working with data and reports (experience with CRM or analytics tools is a plus)
• A proactive mindset with a collaborative and problem-solving attitude
