Provide professional, innovative, and reliable legal services tailored to the needs of our Group, working across different countries to deliver exceptional support.

OUTCOMES

• International Legal Expertise: Offer diverse and engaging legal support on a global scale
• Multinational Task Management: Coordinate legal tasks and processes across various countries
• High-Quality Drafting: Craft and review agreements, corporate governance documents, and policies, ensuring seamless implementation
• Corporate Governance: Guide our global corporate governance efforts with precision and professionalism
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and legislation worldwide
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with external law firms, business partners, and stakeholders to provide tailored legal solutions
• Leadership: Lead local lawyers and teams towards excellence and shared goals.
• Partnership Building: Foster strategic relationships with country managers, HQ legal teams, and top-tier local and international law firms
• Lifecycle Engagement: Contribute actively to all phases of the product lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Education & Experience: Higher education in law and at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
• Core Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
• Preferred Background: Experience in state or financial institutions, international companies, or law offices is a plus
• Extra Edge: Ability to draft high-quality legal documents in English is an advantage
