JOB MISSION

Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate HR records. Supports the creation of a positive work environment and actively contributes to HR initiatives aimed at engaging and developing employees. Plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.

OUTCOMES

• Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing employment documents
• Support HR administrative activities and record keeping
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
• Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and reviewing CVs
• Maintain HR data, update employee info, and regularly audit HR systems for accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop in HR functions
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish is considered as an advantage
• Experience in managing HR systems, particularly HR Sage, is preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit
