JOB MISSION

Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes while managing day-to-day HR administrative operations, ensuring accurate employee records, and supporting a positive, engaged work environment. Acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, and actively contributes to the development and improvement of HR processes and initiatives.

OUTCOMES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of employment documents.
• Oversee HR administrative activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and audit HR systems (e.g., Sage HR) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support the design and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at employee engagement and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR or recruitment role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (both written and spoken as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries).
• Experience managing HR systems, particularly Sage HR, is preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork spirit.
