JOB MISSION

Be an essential part of the Group finance team by taking responsibility and ownership of key group-level tasks such as consolidation, group recharges, cost control, and more. 

OUTCOMES

• Prepare and take ownership of Group consolidation on a monthly basis
• Manage the Group recharges process (OPEX & CAPEX)
• Oversee and report financial results of the Group’s holding companies to the management
• Perform cost control function by managing the invoice approval system across the Group
• Participate in the Group external audit process
• Develop, implement and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and processes to ensure an effective control environment
• Contribute to Group-wide projects aimed at improving existing financial processes and introducing new ones

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in accounting, finance or business administration
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position or equivalent experience in Big 4
• Knowledge of accounting and consolidation
• Ability to fit in dynamic work environment
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver results within deadlines
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills
