JOB MISSION

Drive in-depth analysis of the company’s financial performance across several operational markets, providing key support for a wide range of strategic financial planning and market research projects.

OUTCOMES

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results for the assigned markets on a regular basis
• Manage and update existing financial models, and contribute to the development of new ones
• Identify and assess deviations between planned and actual financial results
• Lead financial planning projects covering a variety of business needs for the assigned markets
• Support the company’s internal target setting process
• Participate in market research projects
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc financial reports for the company’s internal use and investors 

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Previous experience in a similar position or equivalent experience in “Big 4”
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
• High sense of responsibility and ability to fit in a dynamic work environment
• Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented personality
