JOB MISSION

Assist executives on different tasks and provide dedicated support for private duties. Create a harmonious work environment in the office.

OUTCOMES

• Assist executives on different administrative tasks
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks
• Order supplies and equipment as needed
• Maintain office environment clean and tidy
• Assist with event planning and special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of English and Latvian languages (both verbal and written)
• Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality
• Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• A flexible “can do” attitude and attention to details
• Ability to adapt to various situations and find an appropriate solution
• Valid driver’s license (B category)
