JOB MISSION

As a Digital Marketing manager, you will be designing, optimizing as well as ensuring smooth execution of new customer acquisition strategies in LATAM and SEA regions thus supporting us in becoming a market leader in the chosen markets.

OUTCOMES

• Maintain and scale customer acquisition strategies across digital channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns focused on acquiring new customers at targeted CAC levels
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns and improve ROI
• Manage and scale Affiliate marketing channels
• Identify, hire and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers and media buyers
• Maintain relationships with key affiliates and negotiate partnership terms
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commission structures.
• Drive acquisition campaigns from planning to execution
• Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
• Collaborate with IT on technical adjustments, modifications and implementations
• Deliver analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and identify actionable next steps to improve performance
• Research and explore new industry updates and ideas, test new channels and trends

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience with Affiliate Marketing and/or Brokers
• Knowledge and prior use of advertising platforms – Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
