JOB MISSION

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will manage and oversee the company’s ongoing operations and procedures. This role requires a results-driven, hands-on leader capable of developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs to drive success.

OUTCOMES

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Analyze and evaluate local operations performance, market development trends, competitive landscape, and potential activities of competitors.
• Manage, control, and continuously improve the efficiency across functional areas, ensuring operational excellence.
• Plan and forecast operational volume, capacity, and development in a dynamic environment, considering set goals, economic climate, and market situation.
• Regularly report to HQ on operational performance and strategy implementation progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent Russian and intermediate English due to working with foreign countries, including those in Central Asia.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a diverse team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to a Central Asian country.
