JOB MISSION

Implement, maintain, and improve a business data management system and provide data requests across various divisions (marketing, sales, finance, etc.) to enable data-driven decision making within the group.

OUTCOMES

• Implement, maintain, and improve a business data management system in the company
• Provide data requests in various divisions (marketing, sales, finance, etc.)
• Coordinate and make proposals for improving data quality in company IT systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a business data analyst or similar position
• Knowledge of SQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Experience with BI tolls like Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, or other
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and optimization BI/Reporting solutions
• A high level of spoken and written Latvian and English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
