JOB MISSION

Become a valuable part of the AML/CFT team who monitors, analyzes, and controls AML/CFT. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and escalating potential AML/CFT risks, as well as researching, compiling, and analyzing information on products, innovations, and different countries to identify the most effective methods of AML/CFT.

OUTCOMES

• Provide diverse and exciting AML/CFT support at truly international level
• Monitor, detect, analyze and report suspicious and unusual transactions of customers
• Consult and support managers, employees regarding due diligence of customers and AML/CFT tasks
• Perform regular trainings and maintain awareness of AML/CFT technical solutions
• Cooperate with the authorities and officials within the scope of AML/CFT
• Participate in ML/FT risk evaluation and improvement of internal control system
• Draft and review different policies, procedures and monitor their implementation
• Be an active participant in all phases of the product lifecycle and to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners
• Take the initiative in day-to-day work by providing AML/CFT consultations and compliance support within the group

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in law, economics, finance, business administration, IT or other relevant education
• AML/CFT related job experience for at least 1 year
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable, independent, and accountable for timely delivery
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented personality
• Self-motivated, positive with a “get things done” attitude
• Ready to learn and use SQL and lots of IT solutions
• CAMS, CGSS or ICA certificate will be considered advantageous
