JOB MISSION

As Affiliate/leadbroker marketing manager you will be a key person to improve and expand our corporation with partners in our current and upcoming European markets.

OUTCOMES

• Maintain daily communication with affiliates and brokers across Europe to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment
• Conduct regular onsite meetings with marketing partners to drive collaboration and optimize performance
• Identify and establish new partnership opportunities to expand the business network
• Proactively improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Test and implement innovative approaches to marketing and partnership strategies
• Corporate with IT department to test new ideas effectively 

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working with affiliates and brokers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and improve existing processes
• Strong understanding of technical solutions for referral and broker traffic
• Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries (any other EU language would be an asset)
